Return policy

The freshness of our products is important to us. We only offer the freshest products and package them with the utmost care.

Due to the large selection of products offered, our criteria for freshness vary from product to product. Each product is offered and supplied with the best possible dates, well before the indicated expiration date or the recommended expiration date.

The quality of each product is also important.

If a product does not meet our standards, including quality, we may replace it. If there is no suitable replacement available, we will refund the item.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the freshness and/or quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after purchase for products that last from a few hours to a few days, or 15 days for all other products.

You must mention the reason for returning the product. We can only accept products returned in their original packaging, label and invoice.

Items with no shelf life must be returned new and unused.

The following items are not exchangeable or refundable: gift cards, clearance items.

The conditions of reimbursement are made at the price of the product during its purchase.
